What HirePromo is

HirePromo turns a job description you provide into a pack of social-media ad creatives: static images and short vertical videos, plus suggested captions. You buy credits per vacancy; one credit produces one pack.

Your content

You keep all rights to the job descriptions, logos, and brand assets you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the final ad content — we show you every field for review and flag common compliance issues before anything is rendered, but you approve what runs.

The creatives we deliver are yours to use for advertising the vacancy they were made for, on any platform, with no extra license fee.

What we promise — and what we don't

We promise fast turnaround and creatives that match the spec you approved. We do not promise hiring outcomes: no guarantees about applications, hires, or advertising costs. Our compliance checks are automated aids based on published guidance; they are not legal advice, and final responsibility for where and how you advertise stays with you.

Acceptable use

Don't use HirePromo to produce ads that are discriminatory, deceptive, or unlawful. We refuse or cancel orders that violate this (with a refund if you already paid). Synthetic first-person "employee" testimonials are not offered — announcer-style narration only.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout. Credits don't expire. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Delivery and re-renders

Packs are rendered automatically and delivered by email link, normally within minutes. If a render fails, or the delivered pack has a problem, tell us (reply to the delivery email) and we re-render it or refund the credit. We may spot-check packs after delivery. Links are private to the order and shouldn't be shared publicly.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the pack in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
