What we collect

The job description text you paste, the ad spec you edit, any logo or brand assets you upload, your email address (used for order status and delivery), and basic product analytics (which steps of the flow are used). We don't run user accounts and don't collect more than the order needs.

How it's used

Job description text is sent to a large-language-model API (Google's Gemini) to extract the ad spec, and to generate captions. It is not used by us to train models. Rendered creatives and uploads are stored so we can deliver your pack and honor re-renders. Your email is used for the order itself and a short follow-up about the pack — no marketing lists.

Payment data

Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details; Paddle's privacy policy governs payment processing.

Where data lives

Order data and creatives are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 and R2). Delivery links are private, unguessable URLs tied to your order.

Retention and deletion

We keep order data and creatives so your download links keep working and re-renders stay possible. Email support@hirepromo.co from the address on the order and we'll delete the order's content and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics (funnel events like "parsed" or "preview shown"). We don't sell personal data and don't use third-party advertising trackers.
